The BBB crew has done it again! A long weekend away with a few twists: This time, we headed to Vittel to master the local gravel routes. Partners and friends were invited to join, whether cycling, horse riding, golfing, walking or waking up the muscles any other way as through the many activities on offer at the hotel.
Art Deco Meets Gravel
Our home for the weekend was Club Med Vittel Ermitage, an elegant Art Deco hotel set in Vittel’s Parc Thermal, with the golf course, hippodrome and famous mineral water sources all within walking distance.
Club Med has been sponsoring BBB – as you can easily spot on our new jerseys – and welcomed us to this elegant setting for our gravel escape.
Gravel for Everyone
Thanks to Miguel’s fantastic research into local routes, there were gravel rides for all levels and paces, from beginners to racers (good luck in Leuven, Raf!). Those keen to try gravel for the first time could rent some pretty cool Origine bikes sur place (note to bring more spare tubes next time!).

Refuelling – or Indulging?
And then there was the food! The all-inclusive offer proved tempting and satisfying, with plenty of opportunities to refuel after a day outdoors (luckily, it is the end of season for most of us). After all, a good BBB weekend is about more than kilometres: it’s also about good food, good company and time spent together.
A long gravel weekend, new faces and shared adventures made Vittel a memorable addition to the BBB calendar. We hope some of our guests caught the BBB bug and will join us as new members!
Already looking forward to the next one!
